Before your first sale
Create your store
Sign up with your name, email and a password, or continue with Google. Then enter the 6-digit code we email you.
Tell us about your business
Seven quick screens: what you run, what you'll offer, your business name and store link, how customers reach you, your opening hours, your logo and our vendor terms.
Good to know: your store is live the moment you finish. OrderFastNow is for businesses in Nigeria for now.
Make it yoursOptional
Choose the Editorial or Channel layout, a colour theme and a font style, and add your logo and cover photo. Changes show on your store straight away.
Create your event
Give it a title, an event type, a start and end date and time, and the venue and city. It saves as a draft first, so nobody sees it until you publish.
Good to know: always set an end time. Your ticket money is released after the event ends.
Add your tickets
Every event starts with a free General admission ticket. Give it a price, and add more types, like VIP, each with its own price. For each type, set the most one customer can buy in an order.
Choose a refund policyFor paid events
A paid event needs one before you can publish: refunds close before the event, or refunds only if the event is cancelled. Each ticket keeps the policy it was bought under.
Publish it
When it's ready, tap Publish. We check the details first, like a refund policy for a paid event, a start time in the future, an end date and a ticket on sale.
Share your link
Put it in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp status, or print your store QR code for the counter.
Add your bankBefore your first withdrawal
Pick your bank and type your account number, and we check the account name for you. Only the owner can add a bank, and you can save up to 3.
Sales and the door
Tickets sell, already paid
Each sale arrives by email and on the bell in your dashboard. Your customer gets a ticket with a QR code.
Scan the door
On your event's page, tap Scan tickets and scan each guest's QR code. Each ticket scans once, so a copied ticket won't get in. You can also check guests in from the list.
If you have to cancel
Cancel the whole event and every ticket holder is refunded in full.
Bring your team inOptional
Invite staff by email so they can check guests in at the door. See the roles.
Your money
When the money is yours
Your ticket money is released 48 hours after the event ends, or 24 hours once you have a track record.
Event questions
Yes. Keep the ticket free. Your event page shows Register Now, and every guest still gets a ticket with a QR code.
No. Each ticket scans once. Scan it again and you'll see the guest is already in, and when they arrived.
Cancel the whole event and every ticket holder is refunded in full.
