Before your first guest
Create your store
Sign up with your name, email and a password, or continue with Google. Then enter the 6-digit code we email you.
Tell us about your business
Seven quick screens: what you run, what you'll offer, your business name and store link, how customers reach you, your opening hours, your logo and our vendor terms.
Good to know: your store is live the moment you finish. OrderFastNow is for businesses in Nigeria for now.
Make it yoursOptional
Choose the Editorial or Channel layout, a colour theme and a font style, and add your logo and cover photo. Changes show on your store straight away.
List your space
Give it a name, a space type, the state and city, and a price per hour, per day or per night. Then set the most guests per booking, and how many bookings you take at the same time.
Cancellation rules are set for you
You don't write a policy. Every space uses the same rules, and guests see them under Space cancellation & refunds before they pay. See the rules.
Share your link
Put it in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp status, or print your store QR code for the counter.
Add your bankBefore your first withdrawal
Pick your bank and type your account number, and we check the account name for you. Only the owner can add a bank, and you can save up to 3.
When a guest books
A reservation arrives, already paid
Guests pick their dates or hours and pay in full. It's confirmed straight away, so there's nothing to accept. You get an email, and the bell in your dashboard shows the new booking.
Check them in
When your guest arrives, tap Check in. That starts the clock on your money. You can also tap Scan arrivals to scan the QR code on their booking, which records that they came, nothing more.
Good to know: for night stays, guests check in from 2pm and check out by 11am, unless you set your own times on the space.
Check them out
When they leave, tap Check out. If they never came, tap Mark customer no-show.
Move a stayOptional
Plans changed? Open the reservation and tap Move to put it on new dates.
Bring your team inOptional
Invite staff by email so they can check guests in and out. See the roles.
Your money
When the money is yours
Check your guest in, and your money is released 72 hours after the stay ends. If you never check them in, the money isn't released to you. 5 days after the stay ends, your guest is refunded, or we review it if the booking is ₦50,000 or more.

No. Every space uses the same rules, so guests know what to expect, and they see them before they pay. See the rules.
Yes. Set Bookings at the same time to how many bookings can share the space at once. It counts bookings, not people, and each booking can bring up to your Max guests per booking.
For night stays, check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 11am, unless you set your own times on the space under Check-in from and Check-out by. Hourly bookings run on the hours your guest books.
No. A reservation is confirmed the moment your guest pays.
